Redstone Room - Ben Kenney & DJ Kilmore
The Redstone Room and RME are excited to bring Ben Kenney and DJ Kilmore of INCUBUS for a night of their amazing new solo music. Even though these guys are used to selling out stadiums across the world, they still enjoy playing for fans no matter how small the venue. "It is so fulfilling to play, whether it's 10,000 people or 100 people, and I'm lucky to get to do both," says Kenney. Well, we feel pretty lucky, too! Hurry and get your tickets before they sell out! Tickets are $15 in advance and $17 at the door. Show begins at 9pm.

Songwriters in the Round
Here's your chance to play, listen, and learn from leaders in the craft as they make music and talk about the process from 3-6pm in Mojo’s. From talented teenagers just starting out to polished musicians who make money with their music, you’ll enjoy interacting with them all. Songwriters are welcome to join onstage for a song or two, as long as the material is original.
There will be a piano, guitar, and boom box (for back trax), and of course a PA system available. Come & listen, bring friends, enjoy flavored coffee, tea, juice, sandwiches, snacks, sweets.

Based out of Iowa City, Nikki Lunden has been writing and performing her own songs since 2000. Accompanied by Matt Wright on guitar and bass and Seth "Puma" Koenig on percussion, this acoustic rock trio will help sooth your Saturday while you enjoy one of our new sandwiches at Mojos! Redstone Room - Carney w/The Brakes & The Roadless
Frontman Reeve Carney has been performing since a young age, and his music is a testament to that. Carney's music effortlessly combines a tasty mix of styles drawn from rock, folk, jazz, reggae and blues with Southern influences. Backed by his friends the Revolving Band, this is one show you don't want to regret missing. Opening the show are Philadelphia-based indie-rockers THE BRAKES and QC locals THE ROADLESS. Formed in March of 2007 with the addition of Joe Hale on drums Bumper crop had a great rookie year and is looking to improve the empire with a dynamite sophomore year. This acoustic reggae band has a sound similar to Sublime but with their own Davenport flair. Tickets are only $5 so don't miss it!

Third Sunday Jazz Series featuring BILL BELL
QC Legend “The Jazz Professor” Bill Bell comes home to the Quad Cities for a 3 pm workshop and 6 pm matinee in the Redstone Room. Local favorites Manual Lopez III and Ron Wilson will join Mr. Bell for these performances. Third Sunday Jazz Series is presented by Polyrhythms & RME, and workshop admission is $3 for students and $5 for adults. Matinee concert admission is $15 gen. admission, and $20 for limited reserved seating. Tickets will be available at the River Music Experience admissions desk, and online at www.rivermusicexperience.org on Monday, April 21.

Redstone Room - Brother Trucker w/Andrew Landers
Des Moines roots rock band, Brother Trucker, is led by singer/songwriter Andy Fleming, whose songs pay homage to the underpaid, the under-loved, the unemployed and the disconnected. Fleming's vocals and rhythm guitar are accompanied by Mike Fitzpatrick on lead, Matt Winegardner on drums and Lyle Kevin Hogue on bass. During the summer of 2007, Michael was signed to Cellar Records and soon found himself in the studio. Michael's debut album, One Down..., is an explosion of sound and emotion. From musings about his own future ("Bob Dylan") to his carefree attitude towards life ("Give A Damn") to the pain and happiness that only love could bring ("Still Here" & "Look In Your Eyes"), Michael lays his heart and his life out for the world to hear.
